Hey, I’m Lacey Swift — a certified Somatic Life Coach, Breathwork & EFT Practitioner, Sound Healer, IFS Parts Work Guide, and Nervous System Mentor helping women reconnect to their bodies, reprogram their beliefs, and build businesses that feel as good as they look.
I help wellness entrepreneurs grow from the inside out — blending somatic healing, psychology, and energy work with social media, strategy, and business coaching so they can scale their impact without burning out.

My Story (aka: How I Got Here)
Before I was hosting retreats, guiding breathwork sessions, and coaching women all over the world, I was working in corporate recruiting — high-achieving on paper, but completely disconnected inside.
I’d done therapy, read every self-help book, and tried to “think” my way into healing. But it wasn’t until I discovered somatic work that everything changed.
I learned how to regulate my nervous system, release stored emotion, and rebuild trust within myself — and that shift opened every door that followed.
I left my job, got certified in Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork, EFT Tapping, and IFS Parts Work, and started building a business that felt aligned from the inside out.
Now, I teach other women how to do the same — to heal, expand, and create a life and business that reflect who they truly are
